My dragon is called Temeraire. This is the name of one of the main characters in Naomi Noviks "Temeraire- His Majestys Dragons" He is a rare dragon called Ceestials, and is the compagnion of William Laurance. Laurence is a captain and fights against Napoleon Bonaparte on the side of England. Temeraire is intelligent and fights for the rights of dragons, because dragons are only treated like war machines. So yeah, because Temeraire is a great dragon I named mine after him

Mine is Stellaluna I originally wanted to call her Kilika, but I think it was already taken ^_^; Stellaluna is the name of a children's book character - a bat who tries to be a bird to fit in with her adopted family after she's separated from her mother as a baby. The combination of bird and bat characteristics seemed like a good match for a Deadly Nadder, and I've always liked the name soo....tada!

What's everybody's Dragon's name? My dragon is called Starfall, because I thought that her back looked a bit like a starless black sky.

>I think I just cobbled together some of skyrim's "words of power" (Fus Ro Dah, Yor Tul Shul, ...etc) and got Vos Nor Sul. Fantastic. Real viking name for a not so real dragon. Amazing.

I basically browsed Scandinavian names on a website until I found one I liked. I chose Einar:
"From the Old Norse name Einarr, derived from the elements ein "one, alone" and arr "warrior". This name shares the same roots as einherjar, the word for the slain warriors in Valhalla."

My Zippleback is Zinky and Zen(Two heads, two names). Zen for the lazier head, as it seems like Zinky is always doing all the work! The name is inspired from a code for one of my "stolen" two-head dragons on Dragon Cave, ZInky.

My Nightmare is named Shy (Shortened from Shyvana, a dragon hero in League of Legends), and my Nadder is named Bossy.

My red and gold Nightmare is called Avatre.
Avatre is one of the dragons in Mercedes Lackey's novel, Joust.

My Nadder is Althalus, after The Redemption of Althalus by David Eddings (a book with many flaws, but an interesting read nonetheless). If I hadn't been in such a rush to enter the game, I probable would have used a Welsh name to go with my character's name theme.

I've got two. Slugbug, my red-and-orange Gronckle, got his name because I was in a hurry and didn't have any better ideas for a round, pudgy little dragon... ;-P My Monstrous Nightmare's named Maceforge, because if I lived in Berk I'd probably open a blacksmithing shop, and have my dragon help out with the metalwork! Thought about naming him Morgenstern (German for morning star, a spiked mace) but it didn't sound like the name of a Berk dragon.

My Nadder's name is Southstorm.
The name originally belonged to one of my main characters for an original fiction story, but I haven't worked on that in ages. Plus it was the first name that came into my head.

Well I have a midnight blue Nightmare, with light blue details that look like stars glowing, his name being Starfire. The black pattern with the dark blue really reminds me of the night sky.
