AMAZING WORK! Everything is so much smoother~. You are guys are great~. I do have one concern with navigation in the game, though. My characters movements will "stick". Example, I will be walking and then I'll go to turn but my character doesn't turn and keeps going forward. I've even gotten stuck running in circles when not even touching the controls. I found that it'll stop once I click on the screen but it happens several times through out playing time and can make navigating a bit frustrating. Loads of times my character has fallen into water or off a cliff because of this problem~. Hi, Laycie! We really appreciate the feedback, and are glad to hear that you're enjoying School of Dragons. Sometimes those smaller loading issues can be resolved by simply clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes, when it stores a little too much information like this, it can cause errors in the game. Give this a shot and please let us know if you have any other problems with navigation. We'd be more than happy to look further into this for you if the issue persists. |

I believe that unfortunately, the only way to have more profiles under one account is to unlock them using gems (real life money). I know, but will there be more slots to unlock with gems as the game progresses and more dragons are added? |

HEllo... how can I create another player under the same account??? We have 3 kids and need additional players set up in addition to our current one. Thankyou!!! The kids love this new game! As p3t3rsam said, I don't think there's a way to actually get more players on the same account without having to pay real money. My hope is for the future, families that play together will be able to link accounts, so if a family has three accounts, then the parent account will be able to manage the children's account without having to log onto their accounts. |

I am having problems... Can't play the ThunderRun Race, Can't see other players, When sprinting in the air my dragon's wing's tend to stay up in the air like it's cheering. When flying the animation would freeze. When fishing the meter would go down while reeling in. When flying down in water the animation that I very much enjoy. Charecters would turn into decals Hi there Zesta! Maybe I can help you somehow! -This is usual, believe me. Only a few Vikings seems to know about ThunderRun. I sometimes join it and see only one Viking. Don't worry! Maybe you can call a friend or ask in the chat if anyone wants to make a race! -Did you check the read "Break"-Button? Maybe you clicked it, and it sometimes stay clicked. Click on the green "Sprint"-Button to unlock the Break-Button. It sometimes happens to me. If this is not helping, it could be an animation issue, which leads us to your next problem -The Admin once said that changing the scenery could help. Fly out of the map, or fly very high. Soon the game asks you if you want to continue flying, or if you want to go somewhere erlse. Click on another place. Maybe it helps? -This is normal! The fish tries to free itself. If this happens, you should stop reeling in, or your fishing line will snap! It takes a bit practise, but you'll be a greta fisher in some time! -I am sorry? Is this a problem, because it seems like it's a good feedback. Or is the Nosedive-Animation missing? -I am not sure about this, sorry. I'm sure a staff member can help you! |

it's a lot of fun when your dragon is level 10, still a few problems when I come to a different place and no ones there. Any way berk is my favorite because you can fly to an extremely high point in the map.

I can also confirm the not seeing any other players bug. Yesterday I played for a few hours without seeing a single player. Luckily, this made the entire experience 100% lag free. It was actually very enjoyable and I was actually able to complete all the quests without crashing. In the future, maybe consider making all the other players invisible an option! Thanks for following up on the previous issues that we were seeing around the game. We are so glad to hear that your experience around School of Dragons has improved since our initial launch. Your continued feedback played a big role in this, p3t3rsam! We'll definitely keep you suggestion in mind as we plan for coming updates. |

I have been playing the game for 2 days since it opened. Already I can fly my dragon, etc.. But here's the thing.. I've come to a point where there seem to be no more quests... I've looked all over and there was only one left to do in berk and none in the school. Just curious is there a set amount of quests, if there is are there going to be more and how do we find them?

As I mash the buttons on my keyboard, they are already working on new and exciting quests and things for us to explore and do. As the show and the movies come out, more content will be released that ties into them. The only thing you can do now is play the mini games and eagerly await as we see what the developers have in store! EDIT: Son of a gun, second time today admin has beat me to responding. Sounds like a challenge!  |

I also mean, when realing in, the line would go forward as normal, but then after awhile it goes the other way. towards the loseing bate red spot...thing.. |

Ah, the going into the red bait spot is part of the minigame. The objective is to keep the golden line in the green and out of the red, and it will move towards the red as part of the challenge. You have to know when to reel in and when to stop.

Actually, I think he/she means that when you press the Reel button, the meter goes to the left side of the meter in the red instead of going to the right side in the red. I've had this trouble as well, where it seems the Reek button seems to ignore you. |

I would really like to play.
I have been watching the countdown since day 13.
But my Unity Player doesn't want to launch.
It gives me an error that says:Unity Player failed to launch. 
What can I do to stop that?
It does that with Jump start and Math Blaster too.
The only game I can play is Super Secret.
Should I maybe install a older Unity player?
Because my dad already did that but it still gives me that error.
I really,really,really,REALLY want to play!

The game works a lot better now! thanks! but i have 2 problems. my viking suddenly now looks like half boy and half girl. i tried to change the appearance but it doesn't work. i also have trouble with cathing 3 trout in the wilderness. 2 days ago i only caught 1, but then everytime i tried to catch more it failed. i spent some money to buy a stronger fishing rod and lots of bait but it still fails everytime. i don't know why. are these common problems or not?
