um....i have some annoying problems to report: if i see other players i can't see my friends that are online(i was talking to a friend and checked if anyone else was online no one was online, but my friend was right in front of me!) then if i see my friends i can't see the players im all alone in the area. i need to refresh the game at least 20 times before it workes properly and if i go to another area it happens again  . |

Hi, shiinyscale. This is a known MMO issue we've been working on and are doing our best to fix. For our reference, could you please let us know what browser, computer, and operating system you're using? Also, was this always an issue you've experienced or did it develop recently? If it's a recent occurrence, did it occur during a certain mission or at a specific milestone in the game? Any additional information would be very helpful. Thanks! |

Thanks for letting us know, ggamer77. We're trying to improve avatar and dragon textures so it's helpful knowing if any bugs are out there. Could you please tell us what browser, computer, and operating system you are using? Did your Nadder always have black eyelids or is this is recent development? Any details you can provide regarding the origin of this issue would be really helpful. Thanks! I'm using an HP Pavillion g6 Laptop with Windows 8. My main browser is Firefox. Ive have re-downloaded the game's files and have cleared Firefox's cache many times but that hasn't fixed it. My Nadder has always had black eyelids. I have a screenshot of him as a baby the first day the game came out and he had black eyelids then too. So mabye it was just a mess up when saving his texture. I've also noticed some other Nadders have this as well, and others don't. Anyway, I hope this information helps. Also, just wondering if you guys are also working on fixing the Nadder's walking animation. Since it has changed for some reason and looks really awkward compared to how it used to be. thank you for the new quests i love the new update!.
i know that the glitches will be removed soon and that the bugs are only there cose you just updated the game.
but is it just me or did the water return to normal? like no movement just plain blue.
i am just corious if you are close to a solution for the nadders walking problem and black eyelids
